It's My Birthday!

By Krysta Bell

This year I gave myself the best gift ever!

An amazing family trip to the Redwoods in California!

This trip has called to me since I was a teenager,

and it was well worth the wait!

My little family has grown to be so adventurous!

The four of us sang the whole way there and back.

I see why these magnificent trees called to me.

They love to be hugged, and I loved hugging them

- especially the little fellas!

They centered my soul.

I feel the core of me in a way I have never felt,

and the core of me has something to say!

It is obvious when I look through my notebooks of the past!

In my writings, there is a consistent theme of compassion

for Earth, Trees, and Plants.

I have found that people are passionate,

but humanity as a whole takes advantage.

My Soul Purpose is to inspire a symbiotic

relationship with Humanity and Nature!

Here are a few of the things I have written in the past:

Waters Salvation

Vision Trips

For The Love Of Dandelions

Fern Creek Valley

Ode To A Tree

Trees Are People Too!
